Do you buy or trade watches?

What condition are the watches you sell?
Most of our watches are unworn. We can also source pre-owned, like-new, and used watches, and we always confirm the condition with you before any purchase.
Does the watch come with box and papers?
Watches are available as a full set, with boxes and papers. We do have watches without papers — we’ll always let you know before any purchase.
Does the watch come with a manufacturer’s warranty?
If the watch is less than 5 years old, yes — every watch is sold with a manufacturer guarantee from the date of the original purchase from the brand itself. Rolex, for example, offers a 5-year worldwide guarantee.
How long does delivery take?
We can offer same-day delivery within Dubai, depending on the watch’s availability.
Do you only sell Rolex?
No — alongside Rolex, we carry Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Tudor, Richard Mille, and more.
Why can’t I just buy the watch I want at the retail store?
Many sought-after luxury watches carry long waitlists at retail. The certified secondary market — where we operate — is the practical route to owning the piece you want now, rather than waiting years for an allocation.
What do you mean by pre-owned watch sourcing?
If a piece isn’t currently in our inventory, our sourcing network can often locate it for you through our established industry contacts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all types of payment, including but not limited to Local Wire Transfer (applicable fees), Cash, and Crypto.
