These are the terms that govern a consignment arrangement. We don’t charge a fixed commission — you tell us the price you want for your watch, and we agree to list it at that number once we’ve assessed the piece. Consignment period is agreed the same way, per item.
- You confirm lawful ownership of the watch, free of any liens or encumbrances.
- Chrono Vogue may market the watch through private buyers, dealers, or online platforms.
- The watch remains your property until it’s sold.
- Chrono Vogue exercises reasonable care for any watch in our possession.
- We won’t sell below your agreed price without your written approval.
- If we’re unable to achieve your agreed price, you may withdraw the watch at any time, or we can mutually agree to renegotiate it.
- You may request the watch back, with written notice, at any time it’s unsold and in our possession.
- Chrono Vogue isn’t responsible for market fluctuations affecting resale value.
- Our liability for loss or damage won’t exceed your agreed sale price, unless separately insured.
